This specialty project required accessibility and convenience for a wheelchair bound client, while maintaining the look and feel of luxury. Custom build-ins and new cutting edge products transformed this space into a functional, updated kitchen. Key elements include front mount faucet and push button disposal, undermount sink, stacked counter height refrigerator and freezer, roll out drawers and chopping board, pull down upper cabinet shelves, roll under cooktop with heat shield, wall mount oven, countertop microwave, pull out dishwasher drawers, and roll under breakfast table. Ample lighting both task and indirect were installed for visibility and decorative aesthetic. Custom window treatments and overall neutral finishes were used to soften the room and add a transitional luxury feel to this ADA kitchen.
